Costa Shooting – Gangster style

Machine guns seized at Tacoma port

Seriously are you shitting me? My tax dollars pay for this kinda stuff? Evidently there is no minimum IQ requirement to work at a government agency. I mean really common sense is not that common anymore.

TACOMA, Wash. – U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers seized a shipment of 30 machine guns that arrived in an ocean container at the Tacoma Seaport last October.

Officials say the shipment of M-4 automatic rifles, manifested only as “Toys and Parts,” was valued at nearly $10,000 and was shipped from a manufacturer in Taiwan.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms found that the rifles were tooled to shoot plastic balls, but replacement of internal components with original machine gun components would render the rifles capable of firing live ammunition.

“These rifles could have had far-reaching and potentially devastating ramifications if they had gotten into the hands of individuals who wanted to do harm in the American population,” said Customs and Border Protection Area Port Director, Rolando Suliveras, Jr. “This was a good interception by our officers.”

The guns will be destroyed.

AirsoftGI sneak peek at the ARES LMG

WE PDW

I’d really like to get one of these bad boys in an AEG version. The UMAREX PDW’s I saw first ahnd at bal Drop II were very nicely done.  Evidently you can cut out the gas block and fit an 11.1 LiPo in the fore guard.

Ball Drop III

BD III came and went this Saturday at old Chaffee in Ft. Smith, AR.  The AO is unforgiving and difficult to play so communication and coordination is really a key part to victory.

The IEA came up one objective short this time around and the ADF forces (Green) managed to get the win, job well done guys.

The ADF forces did an excellent job moving around the AO and coordinating their movement, or I just managed to constantly run into them! IEA played well, but seemed to get bogged down here and there which lead to an overall slow progress for some of our squads.

Claymore once again did a great job as IEA’s (tan)  Commanding Officer along with the help of Frosty, Arkus, LoTone, Dudley and Wolf as SQLs, sory we came up short this year guys.

I want to thank Que-ball, Snake Eyes and RIP squad for making BD III possible this year especially in the absence of Two-Five-Fox. The BBQ was great and the raffle was awesome, the only problem is I didn’t win anything! You guys need to fix that for next year (wink, wink)
